Last week it was singing and this week it has been adventure (!) at Cardiff International White Water Centre in the constituency with a fab local armed forces v...eterans group who started group paddling sessions about eight months ago. Doing amazing work supporting local veterans. We kayaked and canoed up the Ely and then tried out the white water rafting - lovely to have Tom, Dan and Ellie join from the office too!
