1 Day Introduction to Paddlesport
This one day course is designed for adults and children who would like to try canoeing and kayaking for the first time. You will be introduced to all of the equipment and basic skills, gaining confidence and a good grounding of the sport.

Timescale: 1 day, 10.00 to 16.00

Adult Introduction to White Water Kayaking
This course will be run in closed cockpit kayaks on the white water course, on 4 and 6 cumecs.
Experience: You must have completed an Introduction to Flat Water Kayaking course at CIWW or have BCU 2* certification
Minimum age: 16 years
Timescale: 6 week course (2 hour sessions on consecutive Wednesday evenings from 18.00 to 20.00)*
